Dr Belinda Hibble is the Chair of ACEM’s Council of Advocacy, Practice and Partnerships (CAPP) and the Past Chair of the ACEM Victorian Faculty. She is the Director of Emergency Services at Barwon Health, Victoria, and an Affiliate Senior Lecturer with the Deakin University School of Medicine. Dr Hibble has a keen interest in public health policy and supporting much needed reform in the acute healthcare sector to ensure we can advocate for ACEM Fellows, trainees and the community we serve.

Dr Hibble is a passionate advocate for the advancement of gender equity and supportive workplace culture within emergency medicine and the wider healthcare system.
