Leigh (he/him) is a 7th generation white settler with Welsh ancestry, living on Djandak, Dja Dja Wurrung Country. A critical social worker with a background working with men and young people who use family violence, and at the intersection of mental health and homelessness, Leigh is the Loddon Mallee Health Network Anti-Racism Lead. Caring for Country and walking alongside First Nations people to acknowledge and address the ongoing impacts of colonisation, moving towards a culturally safe world (including health care systems) free of racism are integral to who he is. Leigh is raising 3 wild children aged 3, 1 and 1, one wild Great Golden Oodle, and 10 wild chooks with a wildly wonderful partner.
