With over 20 years of experience in senior nursing roles in ED in Regional Victoria and a Large Tertiary ED in South Australia, along with a Clinical Nurse Educator Role, Nat is currently working with Loddon Mallee Health Network as the Regional Project Lead for the ED/UCC Project. Passionate about improving access and outcomes for patients who live in the LMR, with a focus on keeping patients closer to home and to continue developing the nursing workforce across our rural and regional areas. Identifying and designing initiatives to improve cultural safety in our ED's and UCC's has also been a focus of the project and aligned nicely with the Blak Butterfly Research Project.
